PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Mistletoe Cottage gives you the feeling of a warm hug as you cross the threshold! Full of character with beams, open fire, Rayburn and cottage gardens front and back. Perfectly situated to get out into the forest for wonderful walks with your four-legged friend if also staying, and within a short stroll of the vibrant village centre with all your essentials……cafes, bars, gift shops and small supermarkets.
Relaxing, Sleeping, Living
- A separate lobby leads into a wonderful cosy lounge with comfy sofa to curl up on, small table and chairs for cards/games and a wonderful reclining chair by the fire for reading and watching TV. The kitchen is small but perfectly formed with the star of the show being the Rayburn which provides the hot water. A small dining area lies adjacent to the kitchen with a door out to the pretty patio with outside seating and raised lawned area.
- Two pretty bedrooms upstairs both with views over the green. One twin bedded and one double and both as pretty as each other!
- The bathroom is spacious and has a corner bath with shower over, basin and wc. Again it is charming but please don't expect state of the art power shower!
- Kitchen equipment: traditional Rayburn range, separate electric oven and gas 4 burner hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cafetiere, cooking utensils, pots and pans for rustling up a tasty meal.
- Other useful items: Washing line/airer, hairdryer, travel cot, highchair, stairgate, Smart TV, DVD and even a video recorder – and lots of family favourite titles.

A booking fee of £60.00 is applied to each booking. This amount is non-refundable.
Please note the returnable cautionary deposit for this property has been set at £200.00. This amount will be held on your chosen card of payment and released on receipt of a satisfactory housekeeping report after your departure.

A lovely little cottage with a peaceful and private front and rear garden. The location was fantastic, close enough to walk to everything but far enough away from the town centre to enjoy peace and quiet.

Having a glorious week here at Mistletoe Cottage with the family.
Visits to the beach, long walks in the Forest, cycle rides and boat trips all enjoyed by us all.
The cottage is warm and cosy with all the amenities we need. We are well positioned on Waters Green for the busy village restaurants and pub – who could ask for more?
