Established in 2009, our small and dedicated team know each of our properties almost as if they were our own. Our ethos is to provide holiday accommodation for our guests that enhances the overall experience of staying in the beautiful and scenic New Forest. The majority of our properties are fully managed by ourselves so our owners have complete peace of mind. We take care of the properties year round and are on hand to offer our help during guest stays. The New Forest National Park is a truly magical place and there’s nothing we love more than a perfect pairing of guest and home.

Our properties are based in a variety of locations across the whole of the New Forest area; rural and traditional Brockenhurst, the popular sailing town of Lymington, the quaint seaside village of Milford and the forest village of Sway which has access right onto the open Forest. There is over 560 km2 of national park and beautiful coastal walks to discover. Wild ponies, donkeys, cows and pigs are found grazing on the open forest. The New Forest is one of the largest remaining tracts of unenclosed pasture land, heathland and forest in Southern England, covering southwest Hampshire and southeast Wiltshire. It was proclaimed a royal forest by William the Conqueror, featuring in the Domesday Book.
