Here at New Forest Holiday Lets, our ethos is to provide holiday accommodation for our guests to enhance the overall experience of staying in the beautiful and scenic New Forest.

The New Forest
The Forest is home to many different species of wildlife, not only the grazing animals like ponies and cows, but with rich habitats.
The New Forest is also home to some rare birds and is a breeding ground for 100 species of bird. With wetlands, woods and heathlands, there is quite a variety of birds to spot here and many rare birds come to the New Forest over the winter months, particularly to some of the area’s nature reserves.

The coastal towns are a hub for local sailors and water sports enthusiasts, there’s the sea baths in Lymington with huge inflatables for the kids in the summer months and the sea wall walk which wraps around the coastline from Lymington to Milford on Sea. There’s always plenty to see and do for everyone during your holiday or short break.
The Isle of Wight is just a short ferry trip across the water, where you can explore the rugged coastline, quaint seaside towns and areas of national beauty.

Deborah
Managing Director
Deborah has over 20 years’ experience in the residential lettings industry. Deborah has owned New Forest Properties since 2001 and introduced the holiday lettings side in 2009. New Forest Holiday Lets was born as a passion project and the intimate team in the Brockenhurst office were perfectly placed to grow this side of the business.
Linda
Holiday Lets Manager
Linda who manages the Holiday Lettings side of the business has worked for many years within the property arena and is a fountain of local knowledge. Her family have always lived in the New Forest area and here is where she raised her three boys. A lover of tennis and all things on the water, Linda can often be found out on the sea wall walking her dog, Rufus. Linda has a passion for interior design and renovation projects so is happily on hand when owners need some property improvement advice.
Tania
Holiday Lettings / Residential Lettings
Tania joined the team in 2021 after moving back to the area with her young family. She loves getting out and about in the forest and capturing images of the local area. Tania manages marketing and social media for New Forest Holiday Lets and has been responsible for the integration of new software and a new website in recent months.
