A central walled courtyard completes its charm offering private outside space for al-fresco dining and relaxing. Guests will enjoy being able to reach the town centre and marinas within a five minute walk of the property – everything being just a stone's throw away.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Silverton Cottage can sleep up to 6 people with the benefit of a ground floor single bedroom/snug and ground floor shower room with two further double rooms and family bathroom on the first floor. Situated in Central Lymington close to the infamous Georgian high street bustling with an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants for every taste. The town quay is also close by – ideal for sitting with a drink whilst taking in the marine activity.

- Social area consisting of sofa and armchairs in the lounge area with woodburner and smart TV, leading on to the dining area with views out to the courtyard garden. (Childs booster seat available at property for guests use). Ground floor snug room which doubles up by night as a comfortable third double bedroom.
- Upstairs master double bedroom and a second double bedroom, bathroom with feature roll-top bath and hand-held shower attachment. Downstairs shower room. Third bedroom with high quality double sofa bed, wood burning stove for colder days and cloakroom.
- Electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, ironing board and iron.

Simply Perfect
It's simply the perfect place to stay when exploring the beautiful New Forest. I'll book this cottage again for sure.
Firstly.. the cottage was so nice, very clean, modern with a vintage twist. The location was excellent with the High Street just a short walk away and close to bars, shops and of course Tesco to get your bits and bobs from. We visited many beaches nearby including Spit Mudeford, Southbourne & Briscombe and all of which were so magical. So much to do nearby or within an hours drive away Would definitely come again. 5 Big Stars from us.
We had a great time. The cottage is well fitted out with all mod-cons. There were 6 of us and having 3 toilets 1 shower and 1 bath, there was no queuing which made life easier. It is well situated with a 5/10 minute walk to the Quay and High St.
My boyfriend and I stayed at the beautiful Silverton cottage for a week in October. We were looking for a UK getaway to relax and recuperate in the countryside and that’s exactly what we got!
On arrival, we were impressed by the immaculate cottage and the stylish interior design. The kitchen/diner offers an abundance of light and you can open up the bi-fold doors and eat outside in the garden. It was such a lovely private space that we enjoyed many evenings cooking in at the cottage after long days exploring the new forest! The cloud like bedding and beds felt very luxurious and we were very well rested after a week here, the rolltop bath was a real treat too!
The location is spot on, you can walk into lymington to pop to the supermarket and enjoy the lovely local restaurants, pubs and cafes on offer. There’s plenty of walks / cycle routes in easy access to the cottage or you can drive further afield to enjoy areas such as Brockenhurst, Milford on Sea and enjoy some horse riding or a leisurely cycle or walk. There are restaurants and pubs in abundance and you really are spoilt for choice!
As soon as we can we will be returning to the cottage for another week of pure bliss!
