With four bedrooms including a double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor it offers great flexibility for guests and wonderful social space.
A wonderfully stocked cottage style garden awaits guests to share with the large range of local wildlife, with various seating areas in which to enjoy the outdoors for meals, drinks or just taking in the peace and quiet. A first floor balcony accessed from the master bedroom offers another area of tranquillity for relaxing with friends and family. Great country walks await you from the front door with the pretty village of Everton close by with a wonderful village stores and post office for culinary treats.

• From the hall you find yourself in a wonderful large space for dining, cooking, sitting and chatting – its where the buzz of activity takes place and plans made for the day. A light and airy space with views out to the garden at the back.
• The kitchen has been thoughtfully planned and is just perfect for the assigned chef to be standing in control at the range cooker incorporated into the island unit, with the company of the other guests seated on bar stools watching the culinary delight being created. The kitchen is well equipped with all one would need to produce a variety of meals for hungry broods.
• Off to the right is a cosy lounge complete with the ultimate holiday cottage crown – the wood burner! Beautifully furnished with comfy sofas, rugs and furnishings and a large smart tv to gather around for your favourite viewing and generally kicking-back. With a door to spill out into the pretty garden at the side of the house.
• To the other side of the main hub of the house you will find a good size ground floor double room and modern wet room offering that all important flexibility for sleeping arrangements.
• Also a generous sized utility room with washing machine and all things necessary after walking in the forest with kids, dogs – a very useful space!
• Up the feature wooden staircase to the 3 other bedrooms. Firstly, the beautifully appointed master with superking sized bed and wonderful boutique-style en-suite bathroom with shower over is a real treat. Then your eyes are drawn to the doors out to your private balcony where you can sit with your morning coffee and feel immersed in the flora and fauna with the sound of birdsong! You may feel you could share this space later in the day with other guests as a relaxing place to sit, read and chat!
• Another good sized bedroom with superking sized bed (available to make into 2 x large singles) and then another large bedroom with king sized bed and loads of floor space for a travel cot if required. The family bathroom has a lovely contemporary feel complete with the shower over the bath also complete with hand held shower unit.

A booking fee of £60.00 is applied to each booking. This amount is non-refundable.
Please note the returnable cautionary deposit for this property has been set at £200.00. This amount will be held on your card and then released on receipt of a satisfactory report from our housekeeping team after your departure.
