You may struggle to leave the comforts of Flanders Cottage which has been beautifully decked out for guests with tasteful high quality fittings and furnishings throughout.

• On arrival the entrance hall brings you into a large kitchen/dining room with the modern electric Aga standing proud. The kitchen area offers a great space in which to gather together and prepare meals – equipped with the Aga's electric ovens and hob, large American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The owner has provided all you could need to prepare and serve a variety of meals for hungry adults and children alike. The dining area has a large scrubbed wooden table and lends itself to lazy breakfasts and long lunches and dinners whilst giving direct access out to the stunning covered courtyard – your al-fresco dining room.
• Back through the kitchen you enter a very comfortable cosy lounge complete with open fire. There are two ground floor bedrooms. the master having french doors to the courtyard and close to a family bathroom. The other double bedroom with wet-room close by. A snug for cosy evenings watching TV with direct access on to the south facing patio and pool area completes the downstairs space.
• Upstairs you will find a charming twin-bedded room one side of the staircase with another double bedroom leading into a very stylish bathroom. Please note that due to the character of the property the stairs are fairly steep and may not be suitable for very young or older guests.

Reasons for staying at Flanders Cottage:

• Less than 10 minutes drive in one direction to the local beach for lazy sunbathing (hopefully!) or watersports for the more energetic and the same in the other direction for exploring the vast adventure playground of the New Forest for biking, riding, or leisurely walking amongst the heathland or forest.
• Enjoying lazy days around the pool in the pretty garden with family and pets
• Close to pretty villages and towns such as Beaulieu, Bucklers Hand and the Georgian town of Lymington for exploring the many artisan shops, cafes, pubs and fine dining restaurants. All bases covered for a wonderful stay.

The small print

A booking fee of £60.00 is applied to each booking. This amount is non-refundable.
Please note the returnable cautionary deposit for this property has been set at £200.00. This amount will be returned to you 7 working days after your stay provided there is no damage to the property or contents.
Check in time from 4pm and check out 9.30am
Swimming pool open and heated for Easter bookings and from 26 May to 28 Sept.
If required during April and May an extra £250 will be applied to rental tariff.
